CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect everyone's time and allow the opportunity for other clients to book, the following cancellation policy applies: 24+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before your appointment: A fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Same-day cancellations or rescheduled appointments: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. No-call, no-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Please note: A 4% processing fee will be added to all cancellation and no-show charges.
